Refund policy

At LIMITÉE by Ala Vengher, we take pride in the quality and uniqueness of every piece we create.
Each item is produced in limited quantities and carefully checked before being shipped.
However, if something doesn’t meet your expectations, we are here to assist you.

 

1. Return Conditions

 • Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery.
 • Items must be unused, unwashed, in their original condition and packaging, with all tags and labels attached.
 • To request a return, please email limiteeofficial@gmail.com, providing your order number and reason for return.
 • The Company reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
 • Accessories, underwear, or cosmetic products;
 • Items purchased during sales or promotional events;
 • Custom-made or personalized pieces.

 

3. Exchanges

 • Exchanges for another size or style are available within 7 days of receiving your order.
 • Exchanges are subject to stock availability, as all products are limited edition.
 • If the requested item or size is not available, we will offer a store credit or refund according to our policy.

 

4. Refunds

 • Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirmation.
 • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
 • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

 

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect product:
 • Please contact limiteeofficial@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
 • Include photos of the product and packaging for verification.
 • Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

 

6. Important Notes

 • Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
 • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery of your return.
 • The Company is not responsible for lost or undelivered return parcels.
