Shipping policy

At LIMITÉE by Ala Vengher, we take great care to ensure your order is delivered safely and on time. Every item is carefully prepared and shipped once payment has been confirmed.

  1. General Information • Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. • During new drops or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer due to high order volumes. • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your parcel. • All deliveries are handled by trusted international courier partners. 

  2. Shipping Fees • Shipping costs are not included in the product price and are calculated separately at checkout. • The total shipping cost depends on the destination, parcel weight, and selected shipping method. • In certain countries, customs duties or import taxes may apply — these charges are the responsibility of the customer. 

  3.  Delivery Times Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):
    • United Kingdom: 2–4 business days
    • European Union: 5–10 business days
    •International: 7–14 business days

    Please note: delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on destination, customs processing, and courier workload.

  4. Shipping Regions We currently ship to:
    • The United Kingdom and the European Union
    • The United States, Turkey, and United Arab Emirates

  5. .Delivery Issues If your parcel is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged:
    • Please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery dat
    • Provide your order number and tracking information.
    • We will contact the courier service and assist you in resolving the issue as quickly as possible. The Company is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather conditions, or courier service disruptions.

  6.  Incorrect Address Please double-check your shipping details when placing an order. LIMITÉE by Ala Vengher is not responsible for parcels sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a parcel is returned to us for this reason, reshipping costs will be charged to the customer.
